Our commitment to youth development is just as important as our commitment to delivering high quality food and customer service! President and Co-founder, Allen Williams, Sr. has a passion for youth development. A core mission for UNITY BBQ is to see the next generation propel in both hard skills and soft skills.

 

Our dedication to this standard is fulfilled by intentionally training youths between the ages of 12-18, pairing them with our experienced team leaders to learn, develop and practice professional and business skills. This interchanging group of youth team members step into college and/or the workforce with a heightened understanding of what it takes to excel in their individual careers and business endeavors.
